$1.2B+ invested in Tucson’s future

Tucson IDA’s Bond Financing program was the only option available to us for rehabilitating 14 buildings for over 100 residents at Catalina Village Assisted Living. Tucson IDA understood the community need and offered us a well laid out program managed by a highly competent staff.
